Receiving a "D" in Legal Method and Writing I, one of only two non-anonymously graded courses in my law school after telling a professor who was trying to shove his political ideology down my throat during a mandatory private meeting that, "Some people are just evil and really and truly should be strapped in the electric chair and fried to a nice crispy brown." I suppose I probably should have attempted to be a bit more PC given that he'd devoted many years to trying to spring murderers from death row on whatever technicalities he could spin up. Prior to my comment to him I received an "A" or "pass" on all assignments, afterward I received "D", "F", or "fail" on all.

Nobody that uses run-on sentences that never end and never stop, even when the point is made and a new point is being discussed deserve a D I mean, why don't people just start talking and never stop if they are just going to keep moving their mouths or keep typing indefinitely and allow nobody to reply or acknowledge?

Different audience, different style. They did can the responsible associate faculty member following that academic year. I felt a bit vindicated upon his departure. Does this choppy style meet with your approval?
