I'm sure that there are several threads similar to this one, so forgive me.

Weren't there rumors about Friends and The West Wing coming to Blu-ray last year? Maybe I'm just eager for these and misremembering, but I thought I would ask around. Does anyone else recall any such announcements?

I also reread on The Bits a Rumor Mill posting about Jerry Maguire. What's with the hold up?

Yeah, there was a bunch of titles that showed up on Warner Brother's shopping webiste, that were up for a day or two, then removed because they were there 'by accident'.

Many people took this as a sign that these were being worked on for release. Some titles on that list have since been announced for release, some have been announced that they are working on them. Most of the list is still a big question mark.

Friends was definitely on the list, but falls under the question mark category, as nothing official has been announced.
