Default Over America on BD.. also DVD compatible?

Hi, I just picked up Over America on BD from Costco for $10. I am going to send it to my mother in Australia as it appears region free. I saw it had the Blu Ray and DVD logos, but appears to only have one disc inside. I don't really want to open it before I send it, can anyone on here let me know what is the deal with this? Thanks.

Not sure why it has a DVD logo on it, but if it's the BD version it will NOT play on anything other than a BD player. Here's some info on the disc from HDD: http://bluray.highdefdigest.com/1351/overamerica.html

Could just be a packaging error -- wouldn't be the first!

Cool thanks for that, i would say a printing error sounds right also. I will send it anyway as a hint that it's time to upgrade to HD
