I just got the 663 last week (replaced my 661), and let me tell you it is a great receiver, for that price you can't go wrong. I've always loved the sound of the Yamaha receivers, and this is the best sound I've heard out of one yet.

For $379 you can't go wrong with a 7.2 HDMI 1.3 receiver, with 1080p upconversion (not to be mistaken for upscaling), and awesome sound.

It has 1080p 24p and everyting right? Only 2 HDMI? Is it better than that Sony thats coming out the 30th becuz i want to know lol.

Yup, it supports 24p, but yeah only 2 HDMI. And yes it is better IMO than the Sony receiver, but then again I'm not a very big fan of Sony receivers.

if you need to add more hdmi inputs you can always purchase an HDMI Switcher.
