Default Rambo 4's Other Plot

Just got done watching rambo(amazing) and i've been watching the special features. In the featurette "it's a long road: resurrection of an icon" sly says the first plot idea they had, was the daughter of his mexican house maid goes to mexico for the weekend and doesnt return. Rambo goes to mexico on a bloodbath rescue mission(somewhere along those lines). Lol, Sly then says that "it didn't feel right" because there was no explanation of rambo returning to the Us and what not. Could this be rambo 5?? That would have been one crappy movie. Your Thoughts.

I thought hat the ending in Rambo 4 provided a great conclusion to the series. I would welcome another movie, but a better plot would be in order.

It sounds too similar to one of the storylines of Babel to me...

I think in Rambo 5 he walks into his home to find he has a little brother, played by Shia Lebeouf, and he trains him through normal farm duties, like shooting holes with a bow in the cows udders to get the milk, and firing corn cobs through a makeshift .50 cal into the greedy maws of the pigs. Shia then applies the training when neighboring ranchers try to take over the family claim. Hero lines will be used such as:

"That one musta still had butter on it" (When he hits a fleeing rancher in the ass with a corn cob in the early stages of the film)

"Too many weeds in this garden" (As he fires off a hidden claymore obliterating a handful of bad guys advancing on the house through his mothers well kept vegetable garden)

Interesting.... because when I think about "Movies on Paper" some sound terrible.....

Ever read a synopsis for "Blue Velvet" you'd think "who would watch that" but it's a GREAT movie..... how about Fear and Loathing in las Vegas..... great movie.... it's about a journalist covering a desert race...... yeah...that's it
