Cool House of 1000 Corpse-1 of the best on blu-ray

I have 35 blu-rays, and when people come over that has not seen 1080p i put in Planet Earth Series and 1000 Corpses. It looks so good. I think even better then like Spiderman Series. Looks real life.

I've read very good reviews about the PQ.

I would buy it, but I just didn't like the film.

Just bought that when the big J&R sale went down. Didn't have the time to check it out, yet.

I still say the PQ in this,is one of the best out there! Seeing this film on DVD is not the same.Blu-Ray puts them in your frontroom. I like the way Rob Zombie thinks. Outside of the box. Sheri Moon is also a bonus! I live in Arkansas. and i see spun out dudes in WAL-MART all the time that look like Bill Moseley in this movie. After this film i make sure i have a full tank of gas! LOL.This is a must see in 1080p. Rob make more movies! I'll be waiting.

Really.... I thought 1,000 Corpses was the better flick, but as of right now I only have Devil's Rejects and haven't opened it yet, but I was putting off 1,000 corpses because I thought it would be grainy etc.... I'll definitely pick it up now!!!!!!

Can anyone tell me if the original DVD menu, with the clown (if you saw it you know what I mean) talking during the menu is the same???

Yeah, I beg to differ. I didn't like "House of 1000 Corpses" because the movie pretty much just had random crap that was thrown in, and I just sort of lost interest in the whole thing. But "The Devil's Rejects"? Now, THAT was a hell of a lot better than "House of 1000 Corpses"! At least "The Devil's Rejects" had a plot!

The spinning wheels menu thing? I never seen the DVD but the Blu-ray has one of the coolest menu's out on Blu-ray IMO.

As for the film, I agree that The Devil's Rejects is a much better film BUT HO1000C is still cool. At first I didn't like HO1000C all that much but once I fell in love with The Devil's Rejects, I regained interest in HO1000C!

As for the PQ: HO1000C is one of the better Blu-ray's out IMO! Low on gain, yet detailed. Captain Spalding looks so awesome in high def! Some scenes even have Crank like sharpness at times!

I agree with you on the Devil's Rejects, but I still feel 1000 corpses is much better PQ!
