What settings to use on your receiver - Blu-ray Forum

What setting do you guys actually use on your receiver to get the best sound out of the new dts-hd ma mode? My standalone BD player always switches the receiver accordingly to the audio output from the BD player. But with the PS3 I never know what the best mode on the receiver would be. I tried 'direct' but it doesn't show the dts light on the receiver. I am using an Onkyo txsr 805 with my PS3.

i use the surr button on the remote. it uses the audessey settings and the direct doesnt.
the receiver will only show mult ch because its receiving pcm and not the dts ma or true hd
