I usually sort by highest price and go for the lowest "high" price by a reputable seller (more than a couple rating with no/minimal recent negatives).

I dont buy that many movies on ebay, maybe some bulk lots, thats about it

i always search by country so i get items from Canadian sellers. much faster to get to me then stuff coming across the border. if i have to buy something from the states shipping cost is #1 priority.
