Who is playing with their Wii tonight? - Blu-ray Forum

Am I the only one here who is playing Mario Kart on the Wii tonight? What a fun and captivating game. I really like the way the Wii remote controller slips into the faux steering wheel. I have a feeling I will be up all night racing like Will Farrell in Taladega Nights. I really need to read the rule book. I have no idea what the mushrooms and bananas do on the circuit.

I have been gripping my Wii wheel all night and my fingers and knuckles are pulsating in agony. I have cramps! My eyes can barely focus on the track. It's like carpel tunnel syndrome for the retinas.

I love this new game! Whoo hoo!

A few years back I would have had a serious problem with the thread title and the quote.

(Considering where the stars are on Mario Galaxy, I'm not at all sure the whole thing isn't some off-colour Japanese joke that the rest of the world hasn't gotten yet).

im disappointed in the "battle" mode for the game, the racing is a blast though

I finally found a Wii Yesterday. I have been looking since it's release. I wasnt on some crazy search for one, just would always look when I went to the big stores. Yesterday while in Erie PA, I decided on a whim to check Toys R Us and they had about twelve in stock. I did buy mario kart but have not even tried it yet. I was just playing Wii sports and getting beat at everything by my wife.

Don't grip it so hard, buddy. You gotta ease into those turns.

Smooth, easy strokes with the wheel should do the trick.

Before you know it, you'll be blowing those tracks away.
