Question about House on Fox - Blu-ray Forum

With Fox releasing Prison Break and 24, and HBO releasing Sopranos does anyone think that House on Fox will be released on BD? Even at $100 per season I'd buy them

Even though House is aired on Fox, NBC Universal is the company that produces the show. This means that House could find its way to HD-DVD, but definitely not BD, until Universal comes to their senses and puts out BDs.

It looks like by next week every Universal title will be available on BD. May not be a legitimate copy but still it will be on BD.

If they don't release House, MD on BD I'll eagerly get the torrent and burn it to BD.

theres a similar situation with the god of war movie. God of war being a popular ps2 game, if you dont know.

God of War the game is published by Sony. Its a first party game (like mario or halo for the other consoles)
The movie is being made by universal. So If the format war is still going on in a couple of years (doubtful), theres the chance that a movie made for a ps2 game will not be able to be played on a Sony Console.

The God Of War game told the story so well that I am completely uninterested in a God of War movie.

House is a Univeral DVD release, so don't expect it on BD anytime soon.
