Indiana Jones 4....have there been any early screenings? - Blu-ray Forum

I'm just wondering if any reviewers have been privy to a sneak peak. Has anyone published any early impressions of the movie yet? It looks great but I'd be curious to know what the media thinks.

You might want to clarify that. Do you want to know if Yes or No its good. Or do you want people to start talking about spoilers? I wouldn't want the spoilers.

There are a couple over on www.aintitcool.com. I'm trying not to get too discouraged by them. Last I checked (last night) there were two, let's just say "not positives" and one positive. These aren't media critics though, just people who were at the screenings.

One of them ranks it as the third best of the series (of course, he also rates TOD as the second best, so . . . I'm taking that with a boulder of salt).

promotional screenings (those that are generally heard about as contests through radio stations) are scheduled for Monday, May 19 and Tuesday, May 20 in various large market cities. I'll be at the one in Dallas on May 20. These are held to allow local media a chance to review the film as well as spark word-of-mouth within the communities. There are a few (very few) screenings the week prior, but they are all strictly "reviewing media only" screenings. We should start hearing the first wave of reviews on or about May 15. Hope that helps.
