Default Ocean's 11, 12 & 13 individual (outside of box set)

Are these any different than the ones that come in the trilogy set? Extras, PQ/AQ, etc.... I searched around and didn't see anyone ask this. I see that 11 and 12 are being released on their own and I wasn't sure if I should buy the set or them all individually. I have only seen 11 but liked it enough to own them all. Also, from what I have read these are pretty crappy quality PQ for Blus huh? I don't have any of them on dvd so I won't mind buying them but are they really that bad?

If you buy them individually, just get Ocean's 11 and Ocean's 13. Those two are the best ones. Ocean's 12 sucked.

Ok so if they're identical then I'll just price shop for either. Cool, thanks.

I would go even further and say 11 is the only one worth owning. 13 just didnt have the same power as the first. It didnt have the humor and the story was meh. (the plan didnt seem as thought out or as well executed as the first)

11 was the best. hands down.

12, the soundtrack on that movie i thought was amazing. it totally engulfed me in the film's surroundings and i thought really added a lot to the very meager movie itself.

13 was trying to re-invent 11's magic, but didnt quite make it.

i bought the trilogy. if you're going to buy 2 of them, its usually a better deal to get the trilogy and than pay separate for the 2. the 3rd one if you buy the trilogy would be like a few bucks more.

Yep, Ocean's 12 certainly didn't live up to 13 and was nowhere near as good as 11.

11 and 13 were good though.

Totally agree. In-fact I have Ocean's 12 OST on my jukebox.

Ok thanks everyone. I was mainly concerned with the visual quality as I didn't know if they were remastered or anything when released as individual movies. Like I said I have only seen 11 and liked it a lot so I will buy them all anwyays just to have the collction. I just wanted to make sure if I bought the trilogy I wasn't missing out on anything added to or improved upon in the individual movies.

11 is by FAR the best but for some reason I do enjoy them all. it nags at me because I'm aware of 12 and 13's lack of quality, and certainly of the charm of the first.

The box set actually houses the three individual titles as you see them in the stores. The only difference is you get the box to store them in.

11 is pretty decent. 12 I liked nearly as much (although I liked it better the first time I saw it). 13 I need to watch again, but it was pretty ok. All in all a nice set of films; glad I finally took the plunge (although I went red as it's a lot cheaper at this point to get the red box.)

That is what I thought but I asked because I wasn't sure if since they weren't available individually before, maybe they beefed them up a bit. So now I know what to look for.

I'm in agreement here... I just didn't like what was done with 12...
