DEMO choices for Blu-Ray?

I just purchased the PS3.

Now that it is hooked up for best quality of audio and sound, I am looking for the experts to tell me which movies are true DEMO quality choices.

Best Audio?
Best Picture Quality?
Best Overall?

Well, maybe someone should put a sticky on it so that folks will stop recreating and asking for the same information. I think that would be better then your response.
