Default My small grunt towards Target's BD demo

well, i have been waiting for an announcement for finding nemo on blu. well, i was at my local target this past weekend and for some reason, i stop to watched the demo they have for blu ray. then i saw the following ,they show finding nemo on blu already.. they say something like "blu ray offers movies like pirates 3, and finding nemo" and showed the scene with the turtles. WTF!!. i like target and i know that they didn't create that demo but come on. i want it already. lol.. sorry if somebody already posted this already.. but this is my smal grunt.

I wasn't sure if it was "Pre-Pixar-Disney" or "Pixar" so I didn't want to mis-speak

I may be wrong but I think Finding Nemo is the last movie before Pixar broke off of Disney.

No, not correct. Cars was to be the last Disney/Pixar movie. Ratatouille was supposed to be their first without Disney. People were even commenting that this movie would probably be poking fun at Disney since it was about a rat. But of course now that Disney owns Pixar or is it the other way around , Pixar and Disney will be working together for a long time to come.

Anyway, about the demo showing Finding Nemo, this has been around since before Christmas last year. There were a lot of movies on demos for blu-ray in the beginning that aren't out on BD yet and have not been announced.

ah, I thought Pixar was Disney's in the Toy Story days and than they seperated until Disnay took them back in. I didn't know that Disney was only helping Pixar in those days.

If you are talking about the Blu Ray Display one that is always looping, that thing is a piece of junk. The TV aint the best but most importantly its not running a Blu Ray Disc but rather a bad copy on CF Card behind the tv...so the quality is all over the place.

At our 3 Targets they're all running Westinghouse garbage tv's with Sony Blu-ray players. The displays don't look much better than DVD.
