Default Home theater setup contradictions

Ok, so when i setup my TV, the middle of the screen should be eye level when seated, correct?
When i setup my speakers, the tweeters on the fronts and center should be aligned at the same height, correct?
Okay, now my big question: If my fronts are 32" tall, how can i get them aligned with the center channel and still keep the TV low enough to where my eyes are right in the middle? It's obvious i can't and that some compromise must be made. Personally i want to keep the speakers aligned and try to work around the TV part. I'm gonna be about 7-8 feet away from the screen, which will probably be a 60" set. Does anyone wall mount and then angle the screen a bit towards the viewer? I just don't wanna get a crick in my neck looking up, because i can't live without those audio pans being spot on.

I'd go the other route. Set your TV at optimum level, and adjust your center after placement.

Good advice!
By "angling" the TV, do you mean up/down or left/right?
You shouldn't need up/down if you set it at the right height, and left/right can make speaker placement difficult.
The critical speaker placement is the center channel ... it should be centered L/R, and mountrd as close to the screen as possible, either above or below. If above, a slight tilt downward may be desireable.
Left and right should be ideally 8 feet apart. If wall mounted, center on screen, if floor standing don't worry sbout it!
Enjoy!

BY angling i mean a downward tilt, since my TV will be a little higher than it's "supposed" to. I'm just concerned that if i put my center channel lower than the tweeters on my fronts that i won't get a realistic sound stage when the audio pans from side to side. Everyone says make sure your tweeters on your fronts are the same height as your center channel, but if your fronts are very tall like mine, you end up having to raise your tv height. According to my measurements, the bottom of my tv would be eye level. Anyone have theirs setup like this?

He's worried about sonic impact and perfect pans straight across the speakers (all the speaker tweeters at the same height-meaning the center channel is at 32 inches high also). I have seen this done for systems mounted over fire places - you must ensure that you have a very good bracket and installed well! Yes there will be downward tilt of the screen. Check out my pics in the Home Theater Pictures section - I have my 42 inch mounted on a stand and I have three identical 33.5 inch speakers and no tilt (viewing distance is 11.5 feet). I know how this is for someone who is more concerned about sound. It can be done

most brackets for the tv come with an optional 6 degree tilt
so it can be mounted slightly high and tilted forward

6 degrees should be enough. This wouldn't be a huge deal if my room was bigger and i could sit 10-12ft back, but i do like the idea of being totally immersed without killing my eyes or neck.
