Godfather isn't on Blu Ray is it?
Netflix has it listed as bluray. Yet, I can't find it anywhere for purchase, nor can I find it on this site as being rated.

no official confirmation if its coming out, though it is rumored as paramount just did a lenghty and expensive remastering of the films.

So the SD dvd set is definetely coming out in September and a RUMOR for blu-ray is too? Is that's the status so far?

We can hope for sept but I doubt it. This master better kick the shit out of the vhs type transfer from SD. I'd rather they take their time with it then get something shitty like Stargate.

The re-mastered versions on the first two parts look good. They seem to corrected the white balance on both, while added some depth in the pictures.

What is up with Part III is anyone's guess. The first thing I noticed was how cold the colors look in it.
