Resident Evil: Extinction (BD) on PS3 - Blu-ray Forum

People who have a PS3 as their Blu-ray player will notice that it displays the icon when you put it in your PS3 instead of just the disc. I just thought it was neat so I had to share it with you guys..

Hopefully, more studios start to do this....not a big deal, but still nice.

The icon is pretty neat but not that important. Still waiting for the update(s) that supports Master Audio

Disney did this on Lost Season 3.

most of sony's latest titles do that , dating as far back as surf's up, spider=man trilogy, and i believe dracula, and yes it is a neat little feature

It's becoming common practice with Sony discs. I believe Black Book was the first to implement it.

Bram Stokers Dracula does this too. I know it might seem meaningless but little touches like this are nice.

i think its neat a few games did it as well by putting a background on your ps3 when you went to the ps3 menu , the one for jerchio was my personal fav.

The problem with the PIP feature on this particular title is that I cannot use English SDH or any other subtitles to watch the movie with. Plus the PIP isn't subtitled.

I hope they improve it in the future because I want to get my money worth.

The icon was great plus the movie`s full name was displayed, I hope the others start doing this soon

I played it on my friend's PS3, because I have a BD player by itself from Samsung, and the icon was awesome.
