Default Xploited Cinema shutting down

for anyone who does'nt know Xploited Cinema is a US based website that stocks a range of imported dvds and blu rays , i found out today that they are slowly going to shut down via not getting as many new releases and not restocking old titles.

if you like to know more you can see their statement at http://xploitedcinema.com/catalog/future.php

i think this is a real shame since they stocked alot of cool blu ray imports and offered really great service so if you were thinking about ordering any blus for them sooner rather then later would be the best course of action.

So what? I guess being a good, upstanding guy and selling adult entertainment are mutually exclusive.

I have always enjoyed shopping thru Xploited Cinema.

I guess we'll have to find a new site to shop from... any suggestions?

While this is definitely a shame, as I always appreciated and admired the exemplary customer service Xploited Cinema provided, it isn't very surprising to me. At least from a Blu-ray Disc standpoint, I could almost always find the discs I wanted cheaper from Amazon UK even though I had to wait a week longer for delivery.

I wish Tony and the rest of the Xploited Cinema the best of luck in their future endeavors and shall selfishly await news of any sales.

That is a shame - he's a good guy and delivered my orders super fast in like 3 days.

I'd rather deal with him than an overseas company to save a buck or two.

I'll definitely be sad to see Xploited Cinema go. Hopefully Tony has some other cool projects due in the near future. As someone else mentioned, he's always been a "class act" and a pleasure to deal with. The fact that they are promising to ship all preorders and continue filling orders is yet another example of that. The timing is really unfortunate, though, as the rise of Blu-ray will likely lead to many more people interested in importing titles not released in the US.

That's to bad. Loved shopping on that website. I had order several HD DVD and Blu-Ray Imports from them. And I have bought a few Imported Doctor Who DVD's from there site. It was a great place to shop and they was so quick on shipping you're orders.
I will miss you Xploited you was the best.

Sad sad news. I have had nothing but positive experiences from XC. All my inquiries were answered in 30 minutes tops. I had one issue (the wrong movie was sent) and they sent out the right one the same day I e-mailed them, along with a pre-payed envelope to send the wrong disk back. Tony and everyone at XC were really class acts.

Sad day for importers.
