Default Current HQV Players

Other than the Denon 2500 and 3800 are there any other current BD players with HQV processors?

I don't believe the Denon 2500 has HQV. Samsung BD-P1200, if you can still find one. Upcoming Samsung 2500 will. The upcoming Marantz should also have HQV (Realta), IIRC.

I think the 2500 is just a transport -- it doesn't have any video processing (designed to be used with an outbaord decoder or high-end AVR)

Pretty sure it has the Panny Uniphier chipset for upscaling.
