Just needed to tell people that might care and understand my excitment level !!! Just got confirmation that I'm in for a trip to CES 2009

! Step-dad has gone to the show for years ,being the head engineer at the company he works for. I made a joke in passing Saturday about ,needing to go with him to find new 1080p camcorder for our trip to Hawaii ,next spring . Next thing I know I have a pass and trip paid for to this January's show !!!

Was a great weekend besides getting the trip to Vegas in the middle of Upstate NY winter also got a Onkyo 606 on sale and will have 7.1 for first time ever this week !!

Pretty cool. I myself should be going to the Game Convention, the biggest video game event in Europe, said to be bigger than the E3

got myself 600 km of driving to get there but what the heck it's just once so why not
