Default So Excited
So it has taken me a little while, and a lot of research, to finally come to a conclusion and go ahead and purchase a new receiver. My current one does not play LPCM or Lossless audio, so I needed a new one. I went to amazon today and saw that they had the Sony 920 reduced from the $430 yesterday to $389 today, and that was it.... Ships to me on Tuesday next week apparently, and so I should have hopefully on Wednesday (ships from Ontario CA about a half hour from my house). I was between the Pioneer and the Sony but, in the end the Pioneer couldn't fit in the AVR rack I have. 16" shelf, 17" deep on the Pioneer. Then I saw the reduced price of the Sony and done.

I will let you all know my review of this fine machine once I can watch PToC and Casino Royal in pure uncompressed LPCM... hah!
