Default To People That Have the Samsung BD-P1000 please help

for the people that have this dvd player, how do you zoom in with the remote so that if you're watching a 240:1 or a 235:1 blu-ray disc you can take out the top and bottom black bars? i'll try and i'll hit the zoom button and it wont work.

i honestly don't try/do it because i prefer OAR. however, lets avoid that discussion. if that's what you want, some part of the image will be cut, chopped, or something else.
