This thread is dedicated to all of those movies out there that were given odd titles that you'll never forget. I think my top 3 are:
1. They Shoot Horses Don't They? (Jane Fonda) 2. Dr. Strangelove or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb. (Kubrick Classic) 3. Quackser Fortune Has a Cousin in The Bronx. (old Gene Wilder Movie) I know there are countless others. I leave you with one more: Dead Dudes in the House. (So-so horror movie I saw only cause of the title) Cheers! |

SSSSSS....is some wacky movie where a scientist turns his lab assistants into King Cobras for some odd reason. Battlestar Galactica fans (of the old show) can find Dirk Benedict in this. It also has Strother Martin.
Chopping Mall is a hoot. Killer Robots that patrol the mall get zapped by lightning and go on a rampage in the mall. Mostly b-list actors, with Kelly Maroney from Fast Times at Ridgemont High starring. It was supposed to be called Killbots, but I think Chopping Mall is better. As for The Incredible Two Headed transplant, I'm ashamed to admit I actually paid money to see this at this theatre near where I lived. Very bad Ray Milland movie where he's a bigot on his last days and needs to have his head transplanted on a new body. Enter Rosie Greer as the new body. Ah, the 70's... ![]() I think many here have missed the point of this thread as some proposed titles are not as odd as the movies themselves Last edited by quexos; 08-05-2008 at 07:46 PM. |
