Thread disappeared? - Blu-ray Forum

Hi - there was a thread in the 'Blu-ray Movies & Releases' forum (I think) that dealt with Sony cancelling 5 "chick flicks" last week. Did it get removed? Just curious. Thanks.

Click on your own name, then select "Find More Posts by Benzgrl", then you should see the thread. It was probably just moved or merged with another thread to keep the forums organized.

I already tried that and couldn't find it, did a search all over. The thread got a little heated because of sexist comments, so I was wondering if the moderators actually removed it? I tried looking under another name that I remember on the thread, and still couldn't find it. Any ideas?

no there was a thread I thought as well, I remember seeing it. Then that group of people that always ruins threads, derailed it with sexist women comments

Oh yeah, it was NYComet's. It was started as a joke, but quickly spiraled out of hand with people missing the sarcasm.

Actually, the thread was started WITH sexist "jokes" by the OP about how Blu-Ray should be left to the boys. Which offended a lot of the members here that saw it. And when the OP was called out on the offensive behavior, other people tried defending him and blah blah blah. You get the idea, it was a mess and a pointless thread.
