Brasil - bad titles - Blu-ray Forum

On Brasil, we don't have any good title in Blu-ray Disc like USA, Europe or Asia and it's too expensive (like U$50 every movie on Blu-ray). What's going on here? We have a little people has a PS3, few people has a blu-ray player (one blu-ray player cost U$ 1.500,00).

Well, we buy on e-bay the titles, do you have any ideia of goods stores to buy blu-ray? We have a comunity on Orkut (http://www.orkut.com.br/Community.aspx?cmm=42923906), please, help us!

You're probably not going to see any changes in price for quite awhile- BD is still very niche even in the US, let alone exporting to Brazil.

mjentertainment.net does ship internationally- you may want to look into that. Their prices are very reasonable, so it may be worth your while once shipping and importing fees are all covered.

Amazon.com (but few sellers on marketplace) and DVDPacific.com are also shipping abroad.

You can also order titles from Hong Kong and Japan from sites like dddhouse.com and playasia.com or yesasia.com

For whatever reason Brazil is an uninsurable region so on ebay I wont ship there unless you use express mail(tracking) I sell here and will gladly ship titles to you but you gotta use Express Mail. A flat rate envelope runs 25.00 and it gives me a tracking # for paypal. I can fit 6 discs in there, thats roughly 4.17 a disc shipping and we are both covered with tracking and you will recieve it in 7-10 days

Use amazon or dvdpacific.

Sony and Warner are the best with Portuguese subtitles on their BDs.
