You're obviously forgetting about the much-anticipated Blu-ray release of 'Snow Dogs.'

Pretty sure it's Gigli... I mean, with movies like "Half Past Dead" coming out, you gotta assume Gigli is right around the corner. Besides, it's not like Sony is releasing catalog titles lots of people want.

Hehheh, that made my morning. You got to wonder why they are releasing all these unpopular films and sitting on films like Bad Boys 2, Charlie's Angels, ...

I really wanted this back when it first hit HD-DVD. It's since been on HBO on HD, and i have it on DVR now. Gonna pass on this one. Paramount was too late. Audio would be an improvement but Im not a huge audiophile.

You know, I don't want to crap on films because I know there has to be people that like them. However, when they release Blu-Ray promos showing off movies that they currently have no intentions of releasing, you got to wonder who's making these decissions. The Bad Boys franchise was pretty big, as was Charlie's Angels oddly enough. And I seem to remember the first Blu-Ray ever encoded was Charlie's Angels wayyyy back in the day. These films have a much larger fanbase than something like Half Past Dead.

It's like I told my manager at my old movie theater when they chose not to show Bad Boys II because the person who screened the movie only could sit through 45 minutes of it. "Like Michael Bay's movies or not, you show them because they bring in the money (save for The Island in the U.S.)" So what happens? Bad Boys II comes out and for 2 weeks straight we got people coming in asking us why we don't have showtimes listed for Bad Boys II and me explaining to them "our bookey decided that he didn't like the film so we're not showing it... but we have Grind coming in a few weeks if you'd rather see that." Mid-August, we find out the theater is closing in September because it's not bringing in the money. Wonder why...

You think HBO HD looks the same as Blu-Ray? And that going from 384kbps to lossless sound isn't enough reason to upgrade? Not to mention the massive ammount of features...
