Default the Sacred Plant.....

who else likes to pay homage to our plant burning/fungus ingesting ancestors and then sit in front of some HD images as much as I do?

which title best fits this scenario? thanks for your input.

I love watching Planet Earth..........

little story for you......

In the year 2001, right when the movie 2001 was released on DVD, I eagerly ran to the store to pick it up..... it was great.... I remember it being tough waiting for it because It was released a year or so earlier on Laserdisc (I didn't have laserdisc ) anyways.....

My roommates (all 6 of them) that I shared a big house with off campus, all decided to party Timothy-Leary style, and watch 2001..... long story short, we had it on "chapter repeat" or something similar, and watched the same scene more times than I can count!!!! we had no idea.... we watched that movie for probably 6-7 hours that night .... but who knows!!! Either way, I'm an old man now (more or less) and have a wife/kid etc.... but I occassionally dabble in the goods of amateur botanists, but all of the pizza-toppings and liquid creations are in my past now (last time was at Red-Rocks ampitheater)

I don't discuss botany at home, and on the rare occasion I do get engaged in conversation about it, it's while I'm in another country, or a concert etc..... I don't find it as enjoyable anymore to discuss botany and watch movies/t.v...... not even while I'm golfing anymore.... I get too upset that my game gets worse

Not at all. As a matter of fact, I've been known to dabble in fresh herbs myself.

Except the munchies go WAYYYY up in price.

We went to Alpine Valley this year - beer brats on the grill fresh from Milwaukee (Alpine's 30 minutes outside) can't be beat for munchies with mustard and onions.

Ah, the good 'ole days before a real job and random drug testing took the fun out of everything... Most of the 80's are still a haze to me.
