why don't you check your own thread.

https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread...54#post1114854

For any digital cable there is no such as as best money can buy, there are only fair and reasonable and getting ripped off. If you have a longer run then select this.

For normal runs this is more than sufficient.

There are and its called a rip off. The cable carries 1's and 0's, dont be fooled by expensive gimmicks when they all do the same thing...

I have a few sets of HDMI cables that are just as good as those $500 ones. I'll let mine go for $400 each if you are interested... That's $100 saving per cable!!!!!
PM me!

I go with monster. In my opinion you pay for what you get. If money is your concern check ebay, there's many a good deals there. I've already gotten an 8ft. HDMI M series by monster for $75. These cords retail around $200

Why? Your other post says you have a 1080i Visio, so why in the name of Jeebus would you even be considering the "best HDMI cable" or "best blu-ray player" that money can buy?

Sorry, but the search button and the stickies can be your friends. Had you used either of those, you would find that Monoprice cables are unanimously recommended on this site.

You can pay less than half of what you paid and get the same thing.

there's absolutely no difference in picture quality from a cheap cable compared to a ridiculously priced one. hdmi is hdmi. corporations are simply doing what they do best - exploiting peoples ignorance. just type in 'hdmi scam' in google and see all the stuff stating the same thing. don't be a sucker.

You heard wrong. $500 is cheap. Audioquest 20meter HDMI-3/PVC (CL-3) cable goes for $2,175 + Tax & Shipping.

Once you get into the upper extremes of audiophile brands I've seen 1 meter interconnects go for over $15,000!
