This is actually an interesting point - I wonder about this too for the sake of wondering - my Audio consultant only handed me their 2007 Catalogue, and none of the receivers seem to be 1.3 or even decode the lossless codecs. Then again, I don't know much about this brand as of now - reading into it as we speak just to get some knowledge...

AVS has a dedicated Rotel thread if you are interested in their products. I know they just announced some new products so maybe they will have one by the end of the year. It will be worth monitoring the threads to see what issues other users have first before jumping in. Both the NAD T175 and Rotel 1069 processors had many issues that end up needing hardware modifications before they worked properly under certain conditions. So early adopters didn't have a easy time.

I have been waiting for this for a year ! Beta Man, it is on the way. Rotel plans to ship in October 2008. Which means we might see it in November 2008 !
