Subwoofer advice needed please. - Blu-ray Forum

Hey! I currently own a Logitech Z-5500 system and I'm about to retire it for a "proper" HT system. I own a PS3 and my plan is to buy a receiver and subwoofer first and keep the other Logitech speakers for now.
The Receivers I'm trying to choose from are the Denon AVC-1909 or the Onkyo TX-SA606X. Anyway since I currently live in Japan I'm having a hard time to choose a subwoofer. The market here is VERY different from The States and to ship something over would cost a fortune. My budget is $300-400.
Here are the choices I have (in my price range)

ヤマハ/YAMAHA
YST-SW325

ONKYO/オンキョー
SL-D500(D)

BOSE/ボーズ
AM-033

audio pro
QUBE

ヤマハ/YAMAHA
YST-SW515

DENON/デノン
DSW-55SG

These Subs start from about $230 up to $350 in order.
As you can see most of these are "Japan only models".
With these choices it's really hard tho choose.
Do I go with the YAMAHA YST-SW515 or take a chance with one of the "Japan only" models?
I'll be using it for 70% Movies and 30% Music.
Any advice is very welcome.
