I haven't seen the film yet but I've seen the trailer about 20 times over the last two months at the cinema and it looks like something Netflix would make.

Yeah, when I zoomed in on the artwork I was expecting "THE COMPLETE SERIES" or something.

Will watch as the director done the very good All Quiet on the Western Front (which was Netflix). I think Netflix helped save the film from collapse with COVID kicking about.

We saw it yesterday at the cinema.
We enjoyed it. A very good film about a cardinal doing investigations while the conclave is happening to get a new pope elected.
Ralph Fiennes is the one who carries this film and he does so marvellously.
The visuals are also well done with one particular scene that stuck out for me, the one where the cardinals are walking with umbrellas through the rain.

Yes, I saw CONCLAVE recently and thought it was excellent. While the plot of a cardinal conducting a conclave to find a new Pope didn’t initially excite me, the film actually plays like a political thriller, full of secrets, double crossings, manipulations and suspense. It is really well acted too, particularly by Fiennes.

Cairo Conspiracy was very good but it doesn't look like it has a similar tone to Conclave (which I've not seen yet but it's on my soon to-watch list).

Rosselini is always appreciated she was excellent in La Chimera

Watched this today and thought it was excellent.

Guessed most of the story but it was still beautifully done.

Feinnes nominated for an Oscar I would imagine.

Also thought the score was perfectly done.

I'd definitely watch it again (and Timothy Dalton isn't in it) so I'll buy the UK 4K.
