Default Who ya got?? Call of Duty 5 vs. Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway?(Opinions/Thoughts)

Ok we can compare them when they are released. For now Which do you think is looking like it may be better than the other?

I have been waiting forever for Hell's Highway and I saw gameplay, so I like how its looking!

Do you think the new COD team(Treyarch) can equal or come close to COD 4 from Infinity Ward??

Or do you think the game industry should stop making WWII games, and focus on new settings of virtual warfare?

post your thoughts and Opinions!

Well, I really like how the online co-op is shaping up to be on CoD 5, but overall, I'll be holding out for the next installment (depending if there's WWII or not).

yeah me too!...I want another Modern Warfare game, never really been a WWII nut myself!

I think I'll only buy one WWII game, and I hope when Hell is released week after this, it'll be worth the wait!

I didn't read through the whole poll fast enough and hit COD5 before seeing the last option. lol

I am sick to death of WWII and, frankly, I don't know how they will make it interesting with old school low tech weaponry.

they'll exagerate the power and accuracy of certain weapons.

Eh, BIA looked good.....3 years ago when they first showed it. Now, it looks pretty far behind the curve

COD5.....We finally move to an awesome setting in 4, and now we go back because Treyarch, who ruined COD3, decides they want to go back to WWII. Just seems like a step backwards.

There is a reason why it seems like a step backwards. Because it is.

Yeah neither of these. No thank you. Stop making WWII games. I bet online numbers still won't be able to compete with CoD 4 by the end of the year, meaning that more people will still be playing CoD 4 online than these other two.

Ugh its ashame, aside from LBP, every other major title to be released this year seems to have a sequel number next to it.

What's totally sad is that COD5 will sell tons of copies based solely on the reputation of COD4. Remember that less than 1% of game buyers probably even see sites on the internets about these games. Most probably don't even know it's a completely different developer.

I've been playing COD4 a bit lately and it's scary to hear all the people chatting up this title and when I mention it's a different developer and WWII they all rip on me and tell me I'm an idiot and that it's not true.

That, my friends, is damn scary.

But, it also shows how unbelievably stupid it is that it is going back to WWII. So much so that even total retards are in denial because it's like the friggin' Chewbacca defense: "It just does not make sense."

I'll pass on both.

Two more garden-variety, been there, done that, nothing new FPS WWII games.

Same stuff, different day.

Yawn.

I'd rather play Barbie on the NES.

Because WWII and aliens are the only subjects that aren't steeped in political contraversy.

With Korea, Vietnam, etc., there are many political issues that a great deal of people would have HUGE problems with.

WWII had Nazis which everyone seems to universally hate enough to justify the genre now. There aren't a lot of people protesting WWII unlike other wars.

Aliens are just fictional, so they are easy. You can do whatever you want with them. Even use them as a metaphor and get away with it.

I'll buy both if they have a metacritic score of 90 or higher.

World War 2 is cool, no problem. Shooting Nazis, shooting Arab terrorists, it's all good.
