I was wondering, has anyone played Top Spin 3 yet? If so, what's your take on it?

I actually just bought virtua tennis 3, I find it more entertaining than top spin 3

Me too. More fun and the mini games add a nice touch. $7.50 well spent..lol

I have it but I moved on pretty quickly after struggling with the control scheme in a few single player matches. I've played earlier versions on the xbox and x360 and have/play Virtua Tennis 3 on the PS3. I was fine with those control-wise but for whatever reason, I really struggled with Top Spin 3's control-scheme. Part of the issue was probably that it was different from what I was use to. Anyway, I thought it looked good though but (especially) if you've played any of the others, you might want to try a demo of Top Spin 3 first (if there is one). I'll probably revisit it at some point but at the time, I wasn't interested in having to learn a new control scheme. Part of the appeal (to me) of the earlier ones and Virtua Tennis 3, was that they were easy to pick up and play.

i loved top spin 1 , i got top spin 3. The controls are definitely interesting but i just found myself not having fun playing the game, kind of disappointed. I definitely need to give the game more of a chance but i find it hard right now with nhl 09.
