im thinking about getting either nba live 09, nba 2k9, or nba 09 and was wondering what game is the best? if you played all those games i would like some feedback on which one is the best. thanks

check metacritic. 2k9 has gotten better review on the whole then both live and '09

NBA 2K9 is my choice!! It has the best graphics
and gameplay compared to NBA 09 and Live 09!!
Just look up the reviews!!!!

Over the years people have become 2K fanboys ....Live is where its at now, online mode is killer in comparison as well.

live's graphics looks like animation while 2k9's looks photorealistic. definitely 2k9 for overall package. much better gameplay btw. rented both for comparison and 2k9 is ALOT better.

I am thinking about picking up a basketball game as well, and I will probably end up getting 2k9.

There is a demo for each one so try those if you haven't already.
