....I have a friend who just got a PS3 and a new 1080P LCD. He wants to borrow one of the best looking movies I have. From the list below what do you think is the best looking? Thanks for the input!

if i had to narrow it down either further, id go with blade runner.

I know it's not on your list but Speed Racer would be the best overall transfer since it was filmed in HD Digital and they can just encode it to BD without any loss.

The pixar animateds are far better IMO. Speed Racer's visuals were lacking in detail. I'm not a big fan of cgi backgrounds unless they blend seamless into the rest of the image rather than draw attention to themselves and say "look at me, I'm fake!!!" Sin City did a far better job of blending the visuals to create one cohesive vision.

I would say you couldn't go wrong Planet Earth or Casino Royale, although the first Pirates is another great option.
