Loved the first one and the second wasn't that bad. I'd like to see them do something a little more different this time around though.

With all the franchises that are trying to add another installment, Parade magazine wondered if there is any movement on "Men in Black 3," which has been rumored for a while.

Which is a way of saying that while studios promote projects they're "thinking of", they are under no obligation whatsoever to tell us when and what point they've STOPPED thinking of them, leaving us to assume or guess.

And Barry Sonnenfeld sequels have stopped many a franchise in its tracks.
(I don't hear any rumors of an Addams Family 3 either, btw.)

Don't see it happening anytime soon as Will Smith already has a ton of movies in development, including a prequel to I Am Legend and possibly a sequel to Hancock. Plus, he really wants to make Bad Boys 3, although it might be tough to get Smith, Martin Lawrence, and Michael Bay to find time to make it. However, if Smith wants to make it, it will happen.
