Onkyo TX-SR506 7.1 ???? - Blu-ray Forum

It is shipping for $179.99 on Amazon....Would this be a good receiver for my bedroom with an LCD and my PS3???? I'm trying to budget I would be using Polk Audio RM6750 5.1 for the speakers.

If you don't care about HD audio, sure.

you would be using an optical cable for audio.

If your budget is tight, look at the Sony Str-DG720.
