Default Bond plot holes???? Warning... SPOILERS
Couple plot holes I cant figure out...

1) Why was Bond and Vesper going to Le Chiffre's room with a gun during a break from the card game?
2) Why wouldnt Vesper front James another 5 million for cards?? After all, she needed him to win for her boyfriends ransom.
3) Is Texas Hold'em as big overseas as it is here in US?????????
