Default Newbie Question
I recently purchased a Sony KDL-52w4100 TV and a BDP-S350 Blu-ray player. I played a couple of movies last night and couldn't get the top and bottom black stripes out except to use the "zoom" in mode on the "wide" bottom on the remote control. This function chopped the heads off of the characters. Are there any other settings I can use to prevent this or is that just the way it is?
