I know I've asked this a yr ago but I still can't myself to "double-dip" on certain releases. I mainly double-dip on action, animation, or movies with awesome cinematography. When a movie
Besides, the quality of a good upscaling can rival some mediocre HD transfer nowadays (I recently bought that toshiba xde player). For instance, I have lost in translation on dvd and I watched the hd-dvd version at a friend's place. I was NOT impressed by that HD transfer. How about you guys? do you guys just do it for the sake of collecting? |
