Default Bluray at Kroger

I work at a local kroger(grocery store chain) in my area. They send us shipments every year of DVD players for x-mas. Well this year then sent us a load of Sylvania Bluray Players. I thought it was pretty kool, it shows how much bluray is growing. On a sidenote they are selling them for 350, what a rip off huh?

Our local Giant Eagle grocery store carries a lot of Blu-rays, but not sure about the actual players..... but yeah.... they're pretty pricey there!

In this economy it is good marketing to put blu-ray players anywhere and everywhere.

People used to think it was gross to buy a package of Twinkies from a gas station. After all, who wants a Twinkie after a few breaths of gas fumes and exhaust?

Yeah, that's funny. Kroger was one of the stores who backed HD-DVD back in the days of the war, although I never saw a single HD-DVD movie for sale at my local Kroger.

$350?

I guess Kroger didn't receive the memo that excellent players like the S350 or BD35 are selling at $299 or under now ?

(BD35 at $277 today on Amazon)
