Criterion is/has dropped the ball on this one... They announced it was coming in 2012 and nothing. I have been bothering them on Twitter about it every couple months or so...

Oh yeah... This is the movie that featured several scenes with two unbelievably sexy blonde country girls in cutoff shorts and short skirts, but also featured a disgusting raw sewage scene just to keep us on our toes.

I laughed quite a few times when I used to watch Joe Dirt back in the day, though, and I might make the leap if I see this one for a buck or two on a used movie shelf.

ALERT: The zenith has been reached: Joe Dirt is coming to Blu-ray Disc. We can stop releasing Blu-rays now, as further Blu-ray titles are pointless. From July 7th, 2015, please bury your heads in the sand until 4K UHD Blu-ray Disc titles arrive. That is all.
