About a Boy Blu-ray
Definitely, Maybe Blu-ray Announced but I don't see the specs yet. I certainly hope that we get the special features that the UK releases didn't get. Really like About A Boy and Definitely, Maybe might be the only movie where I like Ryan Reynolds. Wasn't there some poster who just appeared for one post of "leaked" Universal titles that some were skeptical of and rightly so? Well, whomever it was seems to be someone who had good information, because I think he/she has been 100% correct so far. Last edited by Deciazulado; 02-10-2012 at 12:48 AM. |

I've got the UK copy of About a Boy, but I'll replace it with the US version if it has the extras. Great flick. BTW, anyone know if there are any differences between the two in terms of content? I know Bridget Jones's Diary and Love Actually had 2 different cuts released in the UK and US respectively.

I've always thought that Definitely, Maybe is a great father/daughter flick. I have two girls so the movie spoke to me. Might trade in my DVD if the transfer and special features are good. I hope Blu-ray.com does a review.

![]() Just like the UK Notting Hill disc, which dropped the audio commentary. ![]() DVD: -Audio Commentary -Making of documentary -7 Deleted scenes (14 mins) -2 music videos -"Santa's Super Sleigh" lyrics -English-to-English dictionary -various text junk (bios, etc) -trailers Blu-Ray -Audio Commentary -Making of documentary -"Santa's Super Sleigh" full version -English-to-English dictionary No deleted scenes! Music videos dropped (they were actually really good). Probably no trailer either. Why, oh why does Universal keep porting SOME but not ALL of the features over from their DVDs. It's infuriating!!! I would have bought this if it had kept all the features, but without them, no sale. |

I kinda liked the UK heart theme cover myself. Is this gonna have a Universal 100 Year anniversary slipcover? And it stinks that the deleted scenes are not going to be included. Next to a commentary, they're the only worthwhile extras to usually have on releases.
