Audio Help Needed - Blu-ray Forum

I was over at a friends house this weekend and he was showing me a touch-screen jukebox he made. It's made from an old computer and hangs on the wall. Well now the wheels are turning and I'm thinking of making one. Only problem is I can't do anything small.

I'm thinking of a standing unit with big speakers. How would you go about hooking up an amp, it's been years since I've done anything with audio. Since it's based off a PC could I use an amp for a car stereo(12V) and auto speakers and use the PC power supply to feed them.

After some searching, I've decided to go a different route. I've found a cheap receiver, an Onkyo 605, for $125. Now I just need to find the speakers I'm going to use. I've started the design of the cabinet, looking at a few online I'm going with a taller cabinet that will utilize a touchscreen monitor to operate the jukebox program. The program I'm using is called Freebox and costs $25

. Anyway when I start getting things together I'll post some pics.
