Good to have them behind the format. Bolded a part at the beginning of the article that I really liked.

yeah, one of the most respected publications in the industry has sold itself for a two bit ad.

What is amazing, is that the ad managed to generate enough revenue so they could build a time machine and go back and pay off Ebert for his review.

I think dialog_gvf knows that Ebert is alive. It was a continuation to my sarcastic post. The thing is VB is too big to care about one small and temporary advertisement and since the article was not just an opinion piece but included some dated references, that would mean Blu-Con 1.0 would have needed to pay them off days ago.
