Paramount gave Kevin Smith a 103" plasma as a gift?

I wounder why Paramount hates Kevin Smith so much? lol

Those thing's need two dedicated 220 volt lines and its own dedicated A/C vent. It's like having your own space heater in the living room, that would suck in the summer, your A/C bill & power bill would be insane.

It wasn't Paramount it was Panasonic. He's talked about it a few times on SModcast. If I remember right he said it was from doing some advertising work for Panasonic. He's gone on at length on a couple of SModcasts about how much he loves Blu-ray. He was actually a pretty late adopter, but he's said (like many of us) that he has a hard time going back to watching DVD.

haha, I'm glad this Smith news got a thread here. When I heard him talk about it on Smodcast and at a Q&A last month I couldn't help but get very excited.
