Need some quick help!!!! - Blu-ray Forum

I just bought a sony blu ray player. The model is BDP-S350. I can not get it to use my whole tv screen on movies. It shows the whole image but it cuts off a little bit at the top and the bottom of the tv. It goes the whole width of the tv but not vertically. What can i do to fix this.

Are you possibly referring to Black Bars?

yea it puts them at the top and the bottom
