Kung Fu Panda issues

I have alot of wierd issues playing the Kung Fu Panda blu ray on my PC.

I find this odd because PowerDVD very recently updated because another Blu Ray I have wasn't playing properly, thank fully I fixed that.

Description of problem(s)

- When I play the Blu Ray it sometimes doesn't play when I open PDVD.
- Sometimes PDVD closes for no reason trying to play it.
- When I get to the menus sometimes the text dissapears.
- And this is a long shot, but When the movie plays there is absolutly no sound, even when you change the audio track.

Can some please tell me if I'm missing something , I have been looking forward to seeing this on Blu Ray since I seen it in the cinema and now I'm ticked off.

is it an HP LAPTOP??...I have a HP with 320g,Blu Ray drive..it uses Quickplay. Hellboy 2 will not play at for me...but Indy 4 plays great

Nope its my desktop PC which I built myself. Its a Pioneer BDC202 (I think thats the model number anyway). It is rather annoying when certain Blu Rays don't play.

Just so you know, Kung Fu Panda plays great on a standalone BD player. You definitely have a PC compatibility issue (HW or SW).

I doubt it being my hardwarem, as you said it probably is software, but I only updated PowerDVD as little as 3 weeks ago and even then the software had just been updated day. For the record I think its build 2108 of PDVD I have, but don't quote me on that.
