Default Size of Theatrical Poster

Sorry, I'm trying to order something and am not at home to measure.

What is the size of the posters they usually have at theaters?

You need to know what kind of poster it is. One sheet, half sheet, etc....

OS posters made since around the 90's are 27"x40".

OS posters made before the 90's were 27" x 41".

try this website, it has all the information you will ever need.

What poster? All of my older one sheets are 27 x 41.

Like I said, it depends on the age of the paper.

Lets make this easy. What poster are you wanting to know the size of stockstar????

i already took care of it.

it listed the diminsions out in the ad, so framing is fine. I am just going to be putting this up next to other posters and wanted to be sure it was theatrical size, because I got this stupid Star Wars Special edition poster that is noticbly smaller than the rest on the wall and it looks dumb.

Yes, the special edition Star Wars one sheets are 27" x 40". Like I said, any information that you would need to know can be found at the website I listed above. A lot of good info there.

This one isn't the theatrical SE though and I want to replace it, but I already got a Star Wars theatrical one (non SE) up, so I don't want two for the same movie.

I'm replacing it with this: http://www.amazon.com/Watchmen-27-40...7281936&sr=8-1

Thought it was a pretty bad @$$ poster.
