Default What was your first theatrical movie you ever saw?

Mine was Jaws in 1975. I was 10 years old. My uncle owned the theater and snuck me in. Yeah...it took a while for me to go back in the water.

My god, how can you remember that far back. It must have been a Disney during the 70's for me, god knows which one though. The first one that I can remember is Star Wars. Missed Empire but saw Return three times to make up for it..

I think mine was Beauty and the Beast in 91' when I was 5 or 6. I've seen over 350 in theaters since (damn how much money have I spent in theaters!?)

I can't remember, I think it was Lion King or Beaty and the Beast. My first great/memorable experience at cinema was Space Jam though. My best experience in cinemas however would have to be the Star Wars re-releases and The Simpsons Movie.

To the best of my recollection it was 2001: A Space Odyssey. I was 7 years old then. I mainly remember the flash of colors at the end.

When I was 6, my mom took my older brother and myself to see Return of the Jedi . That was the only time I could remember my mom taking us to see a movie in the theater.

At least she picked a good one.

Damn! I don't know? My parents would take to random movies. As far as I know I seen Top Gun and remember when my parents covered my eyes when they were in the bedroom scene. I haven't seen Top Gun in a long time, but I need to get this on Blu!

WOW! THat's taking me back at least 35 years or more. Must have been some sort of Disney movie in the early 70's, maybe 72 or 73. It might have been a Herbie The Love Bug movie. Disney did quite a few of them in the late 60's early 70's and I loved that car as a kid. One I do actualy recall was 1975 but it was not my first time at the movies for sure. I was 7 and my mom took me to see the original Freaky Friday with Jodie Foster.

The Top Gun blu has an excellent DTS HD MA 6.1 mix! Your sub will get a nice workout when the afterburners light up!

I know I saw Dumbo or some other Disney movie as a re-release, but Grease is the one I specificly remember because they asked me my age because it was rated PG.

The first that I can remember seeing was Star Wars back when it was first out. I made my parents take me to the drive-in to see it, when I was like 4 or 5.

When I was a baby, my parents brought me along when they went to see The Blues Brothers. I apparently slept through the whole thing. Does that count?

The first movie memory I have was in 1970 or I was 5 and my parents went to the drive in to see a movie called "Zeppelin" with Michael York in it. I remember the Zeppelin being shot to pieces.
